Are you looking to move your TimeZest account from your current PSA to Autotask? Follow these instructions first: How can I migrate TimeZest to another PSA?
We recommend creating a new security level for TimeZest, so that it has only the minimum permissions it needs to operate.
1. In Autotask, go to the Admin page, expand the Resources/Users (HR) section, and click on Security Levels.
2. Right click on API User (system) (API-only) security level, and select Copy Security Level.
3. Name the new security level TimeZest, and grant full permission for the following sections:
CRM
Projects
Service Desk
4. In the Admin section, ensure the Your Organization and Resources/Users (HR) checkboxes are checked.
5. Click Save & Close.
Note: There's a setting in the Other section "Not required to change password(password does not expire)". If this setting is left unchecked, the API User account may regularly lose connection with TimeZest according to the Password Requirements configured in Admin > System Settings > Site Setup.
