Keep your client phone records up to date

You have the ability to collect phone numbers for your clients and update their customer records with the numbers provided, automatically.

Our recommendation is to collect phone numbers where you may need to contact your client. ie: Phone Calls, Onsite Appointments, Remote Sessions, In-Person Appointments.

Navigate to the Appointment Type and open Appointment Details select Best Contact Number. To save the phone number in your PSA select Update Contact Details.
