TimeZest requires certain permissions to operate correctly with your ConnectWise PSA instance. We recommend creating a specific Security Role for TimeZest so that you can grant it only the permissions it needs to run.
Security Roles
In ConnectWise PSA, go to System > Security Roles
Create a new role called TimeZest
Review the up-to-date permissions list:
