TimeZest requires certain permissions to operate correctly with your ConnectWise PSA instance. We recommend creating a specific Security Role for TimeZest so that you can grant it only the permissions it needs to run.


Security Roles

  1. In ConnectWise PSA, go to System > Security Roles

  2. Create a new role called TimeZest

  3. Review the up-to-date permissions list:
