Fixing Shareable URL Errors on Personal or Team Pages

If you see this error when using a Personal or Team Page, it means the Shareable URL section has not been set up for that specific Appointment Type.

How to Fix the Error

  1. Navigate to:
    ​Appointment Types ➝ [Open Specific Appointment Type] ➝ Additional Settings ➝ Shareable URLs

  1. In the Shareable URLs section, select one of the following options:

    • Allow clients to schedule this Appointment Type via Shareable URL and create a new service ticket.

    • Allow clients to schedule this Appointment Type, but do not create a ticket.

  2. Proceed with setting up the remainder of the Shareable URLs section to meet your needs.

Summary

Once the Shareable URLs section is configured, your Personal and Team Pages will function correctly, and clients will be able to book appointments through those links without error.
