Static IP Addresses are only available, on request, to TimeZest subscribers on the TimeZest Professional plan.
Until now, the way we've hosted TimeZest has meant that our external IP address has been dynamic, and changes frequently. This can be a problem if you like to limit access to your instance of ConnectWise Manage at your firewall.
It's now possible to have TimeZest use a pair of static IP addresses to access your instance, so you can allow only them through your firewall. This isn't enabled for all accounts, as the proxy server we use to handle this does introduce some additional latency.
But if you'd like TimeZest to use static IP addresses for your account, simply email us at [email protected], and we'll enable it for your account. You can then find the actual static IP addresses we'll use in the ConnectWise Manage API screen, and update your firewall settings accordingly.
