Adding User Error: This email address is associated with another TimeZest account.
This error means the email address entered is already associated with a user for a different TimeZest account. If you have access to the other account, please delete the user from that account which will free it up to be reused within the new instance.

Changing Email Addresses
For new email domains:
If you have changed domains and need to update your user's email addresses, please delete the old users and re-add with the new email addresses.
Editing a single email address:
If you have a user where slight changes have been made to their email address and it needs to be updated, you can either delete the old user and re-add with the new email address or contact our support team for assistance via chat or [email protected]
