Resource is being added with no date/time

When a resource with no time and date is assigned to a ticket after being scheduled by TimeZest.

If you are seeing an additional resource being added with no date and time associated with it, this is caused by using the Update Ticket Owner feature.

Go to Appointment Type>Open the Appointment Type> Appointment Details> Update ticket owner.
