If you are not seeing TimeZest appointments on your PSA calendar, you may need to confirm your TimeZest profile is writing appointments to the correct primary calendar.

In the TimeZest portal, go to:
Users ➝ Select Configure for your userOpen either the Overview or Calendars tab.
Confirm that Primary Calendar is enabled for your PSA.
