Appointments not writing to your PSA calendar

Updating your Primary Calendar.

If you are not seeing TimeZest appointments on your PSA calendar, you may need to confirm your TimeZest profile is writing appointments to the correct calendar.

To check, follow these steps:

  1. In the TimeZest portal, go to Users > your user > Configure

  2. Click into the Calendars section

  3. Confirm “Primary Calendar” is enabled for your PSA.

This setting controls where the TimeZest appointments will be written to.
