TimeZest agents sync their profiles to all integrations (PSA, Microsoft 365, Zoom, HubSpot, and BambooHR) by way of their email address. The email address in their PSA profile, Microsoft 365 account, etc. must be exactly the same as their email address in TimeZest.
PSA
If their email address does match and their profile is still not connecting, toggle the blue button between enabled and disabled to have TimeZest attempt to sync the profiles together again.
Microsoft 365
The user's email address must be in the same Microsoft 365 tenant as the one that was connected during setup.
Zoom
The user's email address must be in the same Zoom tenant as the one that was connected during setup.
