Troubleshooting steps to resolve issue with the TimeZest tab not appearing on a HaloPSA ticket

When the HaloPSA integration with TimeZest is complete, you should see the TimeZest tab on a HaloPSA ticket so that you can send a TimeZest scheduling request to the user on the ticket.

If you are not seeing the TimeZest tab on the ticket, follow the steps below to enable custom tabs on all HaloPSA ticket types.

  1. In HaloPSA, go to Configuration > Tickets > Ticket Types.

  2. Click into a Ticket Type's settings.

  3. Click the Edit button.

  4. Click the Allowed Values tab.

  5. Scroll to the bottom to find the Custom Tabs section.

  6. Select the Allow all Custom Tabs checkbox.

  7. Click the Save button.

  8. Repeat steps 1 - 7 for all other Ticket Types that you want the TimeZest tab to appear on a ticket.

If the suggestion still does not work for you, start a chat session with us by going to the yellow chatbot on the lower right of the screen when you are in the TimeZest app.
