TimeZest pulls the established Holiday schedule from your PSA to ensure your team isn't scheduled when they are out on scheduled company holidays. Review this guide on how to set up the holiday schedule within the different PSA integrations.
Holiday schedule in TimeZest
To review the set holiday schedules for your users go to: Users > Configure > Availability.
The holiday schedule is cached and will pull overnight from your PSA into TimeZest.
ConnectWise
ConnectWise requires that a holiday schedule be created every year. This schedule must then be applied to the Calendars that are applied to members.
System > Setup Tables > Holiday List
Create a New Holiday for the current year.
2. System > Setup Tables > Calendar
Set the current year's Holiday schedule.
Autotask
Admin > Account Settings & Users > Resources/Users > Holiday Sets
HaloPSA
Locate Teams & Agents > Workdays > Holidays
