Steps to authenticate and connect your TimeZest account with HubSpot

Setting up the HubSpot integration with TimeZest is simple and does not require additional setup of an API user. Authentication will be handled by HubSpot's OAuth authorization flow.

You will need to be a Super Admin user in HubSpot in order to complete the integration and authentication with TimeZest.

  1. To begin setup, go to Integrations > click on the HubSpot integration.

  2. Select the Authenticate with HubSpot button at the top-right. You may need to log in to HubSpot if you are not logged in already.

  3. Choose the HubSpot account that you want to connect with TimeZest.

  4. Select the Choose Account button.

  5. After selecting the Connect app button, TimeZest will attempt to connect to the HubSpot account and link users who have matching email addresses to their TimeZest profile.

  6. When the integration is complete, proceed to Step 2: Updating appointment types.
