Once you've completed the previous steps to prepare HaloPSA to integrate with TimeZest, you can add the credentials to TimeZest so that it can interact with your HaloPSA account.

You'll need four pieces of information on this screen:

  • the Client ID for the application you created in HaloPSA

  • the Client Secret for the application you created in HaloPSA

  • the Resource Server from the "API Details" section of the HaloPSA API screen - usually something like https://yourcompany.halopsa.com/api.

  • the Authorization Server from the "API Details" section of the HaloPSA API screen - usually something like https://yourcompany.halopsa.com/auth

Enter these pieces of information in the TimeZest setup screen, and click Save Credentials.

TimeZest will make a test request to the API to ensure the credentials are valid, and you can then continue with the setup process.
