TimeZest will only support notification and confirmation messages until May 30, 2024. They should be replaced with an email template which includes the desired text, built using our new WYSIWYG email editor.
Locate Notification & Confirmation Messages inside your Appointment Type, here you can include details or a personal message that is specific to the appointment type being scheduled in either the Notification Message or Confirmation Message boxes.
These are helpful to set expectations and provide clear directions for their upcoming meetings.
