Invite additional guests to your TimeZest appointments

TimeZest allows you and your clients to invite extra attendees to an appointment when more than the main ticket contact needs to be included. By entering their email addresses, TimeZest will automatically send confirmation emails with the appointment details to each guest.


How to Invite Guests

When sending a TimeZest request via the pod in ConnectWise PSA, Datto Autotask PSA Insight, or the tab in HaloPSA:

  1. Go to the Advanced Options section.

  2. Tick the Invite Guests checkbox.

  3. Enter the email addresses of the guests you’d like to invite.

TimeZest will then send each guest a confirmation email with the appointment information and calendar event.


Client-Invited Guests

Your clients can also invite their own guests when booking an appointment. They simply enter the additional email addresses, and TimeZest will send confirmation emails directly to those guests.


Important Notes

  • Guests are separate from CCs: By default, TimeZest does not include users who are configured to receive CC email notifications on tickets as guests.

  • De-duplication: If both you and your client invite the same person, TimeZest automatically removes duplicates so no one receives multiple invitations.

  • Guest permissions: Guests receive appointment details and a calendar event, but they cannot cancel or reschedule the appointment.
