The Remove all associated appointments and online meetings action removes appointments and online meetings created with TimeZest from the calendar(s) of their users. TimeZest internally tracks which appointments and online meetings have been created for a scheduling request, and will remove all of them.

There is no additional configuration for this action. This is a critical action, which means that if it fails, no further actions for the trigger will be executed.
