The Create a ConnectWise Manage schedule entry action creates a schedule entry in the ConnectWise Manage calendars of those scheduled users who have ConnectWise Manage set as their calendar for TimeZest to write appointments to.

This action is available when your TimeZest account is connected to ConnectWise Manage.

Configuration Options

This action can be configured with the following options:

The service location dropdown specifies the service location of the schedule entry that TimeZest creates in ConnectWise Manage. The values for this field are drawn from the "Locations" setup table.

The schedule status dropdown specifies the schedule status (i.e. Firm / Tentative) of the schedule entry that TimeZest creates in ConnectWise Manage. The values for this field are drawn from the "Schedule Statuses" setup table.

The Reminder dropdown instructs TimeZest to set a reminder alert for the appointment/assigned user in ConnectWise Manager.

** Note: This reminder is not for the end user/client.**

Additional Logic

This action will only create schedule entries for those scheduled users who have ConnectWise Manage set as their writeable calendar.

TimeZest will skip this action if there is no service ticket associated with the scheduling request because ConnectWise Manage requires that each schedule entry is linked to a ticket. For use with a sharable URL, this means you will want to ensure Create ConnectWise Manage service ticket and Create ConnectWise Manage contact actions are in the workflow.

TimeZest will also skip this action if does not have a ConnectWise Manage integration connected to it.
