TimeZest allows you to send as many scheduling requests as you need to support your clients, but sometimes you don't want too many of the same appointment to be scheduled on the same day.

For example, you offer a QBR meeting with your clients but you don't want to do more than 2 of these appointments per day.

TimeZest can now limit the number of appointments of each appointment type that can be scheduled for each user on a particular day. Once that number of that appointment type has been booked, TimeZest will not offer any further appointment slots for that day.

By leaving the field blank or adding a "0" to the field, TimeZest interprets it as unlimited meaning that you are allowing to schedule as many appointments using this appointment type to your day as long as there is availability.
