We've also added a new workflow action to TimeZest to make it easier to use the new emails, and create processes for your customers to move through.

Until now, there's only been a "Send Email using Template" action, which is remaining, and will work the same way it always has.

The new action is just "Send Email", which lets you send an email as part of a workflow without needing to create a dedicated email template.

Next, the default email template which means you don't have to start from scratch every time you create an email.
