The Create a online meeting in Zoom action creates an online meeting in Zoom belonging to the first scheduled user, and with the client and any other scheduled users as participants.

This action is only available if your TimeZest account has been connected to Zoom.

This action does not take any configuration options, and will only run when there is a Zoom integration connected to TimeZest, and when there isn't already a Zoom online meeting associated with the scheduling request.
