TimeZest and Nilear are both products that can help provide ConnectWise customers the tools to increase productivity, streamline processes, and provide a better experience for their teams overall.

Nilear's MTX platform provides a real-time, workflow-based experience for working in ConnectWise PSA with tickets, activities, and schedules. TimeZest is a meeting scheduling tool that eliminates scheduling ping pong, helping resolve tickets faster than ever.

Combining the MTX platform with TimeZest's scheduling pod will give ConnectWise customers one location to using TimeZest without the need to leave MTX to do so. This article will show how TimeZest appears within MTX to ensure ease of access for ConnectWise customers who use both products.

Using TimeZest within MTX

  1. When you log into NilearOS, you should see a home page like the one below. The TimeZest pod will be accessible within the My Tickets module.

  2. Once you open My Tickets (MTX), you'll be taken to your My Queue page. This screen will show you any tickets that are in your current queue, along with the Tickets tab which will show you all tickets that you have within ConnectWise.

  3. From here, click on any ticket that you need to send a TimeZest scheduling request on to open the ticket information.

  4. Once you have the ticket open that you need to send a TimeZest request out on, click on the sorting arrow until you see the Pods tab. Go ahead and click on the Pods tab from there.

  5. At this point, you should now see the TimeZest Pod to allow you to send off the TimeZest scheduling request as you would as if you were within ConnectWise PSA. You will also have the options to open the Pod as a popup by click OPEN POPUP or open the Pod in a new tab by clicking OPEN TAB.

Important! The TimeZest integration is still required to be setup and configured within your ConnectWise PSA instance before it will show within MTX.
